Martina, Ana and I popped along to a talk organized by the EDO hosted by Wallpaper* Magazine. It was at Pentegram which was an honor in itself. Very interesting talk with lots of comments on the relationship between a magazine's website and printed form and the importance utilizing the tactility of print. Looking forward to rummaging through the library archives for the sticker and UV covers.
Saying that, someone in the audience made a funny comment about how after reading the magazine they want to go and roll in mud, to bring themselves back to earth from the superficial and un-attainable world of beautiful yet ludicrously expensive furniture.
He definitely had a point!
Highlight of the evening was probably meeting some new students and professionals to discuss my report with and harassing Jeremy Leslie in the pub afterwards.
